Office AdminMelissa joined the ANA Brokers’ team in 2017 as the Office Manager. She was born and raised in Rockwall, Texas, attended and graduated from Rockwall High School. She specializes in organizing office operations to ensure effectiveness while supporting office staff. She is proficient in all aspects of office administration as well as customer service. Melissa has 15+ years of management, administrative, and client services experience. Over the past 10 years, Melissa has held various positions including Medical Front Desk Coordinator, Retail Cash Office/Supervisor, and Bank Teller. In her off time, Melissa enjoys college football (Go Big Red!), reading, knitting, and spending time with her family.
